Vibecod ("the Platform"), as an information display intermediary, shall not be liable for the following:

1. Work Content Accuracy

   The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of any work description, screenshots, or functionality. All work information is provided by creators themselves. Users should exercise their own judgment before using or purchasing.

2. Online Experience

   The online experience (iframe embedding) of works is hosted on third-party servers provided by creators. The Platform makes no guarantees regarding its availability, security, or content. The online experience may involve cookies and data collection from third-party websites, for which the Platform assumes no responsibility.

3. Downloads and External Links

   The Platform does not host any downloadable files. Users access any content through external links at their own risk. Users are advised to perform security checks before downloading or accessing external content.

4. Private Transactions Between Creators and Users

   Any private communication, transaction, cooperation, or dispute between creators and users after the creator displays contact information on the platform is independent of the Platform. The Platform does not intervene, mediate, or assume any liability. Users are advised to conduct transactions through the platform where possible to receive platform protection.

5. Service Interruption

   The Platform will endeavor to maintain service continuity but is not liable for interruptions caused by server maintenance, network failures, or third-party service anomalies (such as Supabase, Cloudflare).

6. Data Loss

   The Platform regularly backs up data but is not liable for data loss due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, cyber attacks, etc.).

7. Paid Services

   Fees for featured slots, memberships, or recruitment cards are non-refundable if the creator's work is removed or account is frozen due to violation of platform rules. Specific benefits of paid services are subject to the terms published at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property Notice

If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please send an infringement notice to admin@vibecod.shop, including: proof of rights, specific URL of the infringing content, and your contact information. The Platform will process upon receiving a valid notice.
