1. Service Description
Vibecod ("the Platform") is a showcase and discovery platform for Vibe Coding works. The Platform does not own, control, or review the content of works submitted by users. All works are uploaded by creators who are solely responsible for their content.
2. Intellectual Property (Most Important)
- By submitting a work, the creator declares they are the legitimate creator or owner.
- All intellectual property rights of the work belong to the creator.
- The creator grants the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the work within the Platform.
- The Platform reserves the right to remove any work upon receiving a valid intellectual property infringement notice.
- The Platform assumes no legal liability for infringing content uploaded by users.
3. User Conduct Standards
Applicable to all users (regular users, creators, members):

4. Limitation of Liability (Core Disclaimer)
The Platform, as an information display intermediary, shall not be liable for:
- Work Content Accuracy: The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of any work description, screenshots, or functionality.
- Online Experience: The online experience (iframe embedding) is hosted on third-party servers provided by creators. The Platform makes no guarantees regarding its availability, security, or content.
- Downloads and External Links: The Platform does not host any downloadable files. Users access any content through external links at their own risk.
- Private Transactions: Any private communication, transaction, cooperation, or dispute between creators and users is independent of the Platform. The Platform does not intervene, mediate, or assume any liability.
- Service Interruption: The Platform will endeavor to maintain service continuity but is not liable for interruptions caused by server maintenance, network failures, or third-party service anomalies.
- Data Loss: The Platform regularly backs up data but is not liable for data loss due to force majeure.
- Paid Services: Fees for featured slots, memberships, or recruitment cards are non-refundable if the creator's work is removed or account is frozen due to violation of platform rules.
5. Privacy Policy Highlights
Data Collection: Registration information (email/phone/third-party account ID), works and descriptions submitted by users, usage behavior data (browsing, likes, collections, comments), cookies and similar technologies.
Data Usage: Provide core platform functions, improve service experience, send notifications (can unsubscribe), do not sell user personal data to third parties.
Data Storage: Servers located in Hong Kong (Alibaba Cloud), database hosted by Supabase (USA), user-uploaded images stored on Cloudflare R2 (global nodes).
User Rights: View/modify personal data at any time, delete account and associated data at any time (irreversible), export personal data.
6. Creator (Member) Special Terms
- Creator membership is a paid subscription service and expires automatically.
- Member benefits are based on those published at the time of purchase. The Platform may adjust subsequent member benefits without affecting the current cycle benefits of purchased memberships.
- If a creator's account is suspended or terminated due to violation of platform rules, membership fees will not be refunded.
- The Platform does not guarantee deal rates or revenue for cooperation opportunities obtained by creators through the platform, and does not participate in revenue sharing.
- If verified creators experience issues (harassment, information leakage, etc.) due to displaying contact information, they may disable contact display in settings at any time. The Platform is not responsible for any consequences arising therefrom.
7. Agreement Changes and Notifications
- The Platform reserves the right to modify this agreement according to laws, regulations, and operational needs.
- Major changes will be notified to users via in-site notifications, email, or platform announcements.
- Continued use of the Platform after agreement changes constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.
- Users who do not agree to the changes may stop using the Platform and delete their accounts.
